With ColorMax, just equally split the full drum of Neutral Concentrate and add 2 x 5L pails of ColorMax pigment to each half. Duraflex Black Acrylic Resurfacer
Average of 9 x 20L Required for standard size court. Using a clean empty 200L mixing drum.
Add 60L of Black Acrylic Resurfacer Concentrate into the drum • Add 50-60L of clean water and mix well • Add 120 kg of DURAFLEX 0.2-0.80mm Silica Sand and mix till smooth and lump free.

Duraflex Neutral Colour Concentrate
Aaverage of 15 x 20L required for standard size court. Using a clean empty 200L mixing drum.
Add 100L of Neutral Concentrate into the drum • Add 50-60L of clean water and mix well • Add 2 x 5L Duraflex ColourMax Pigment and mix well • Add 90 kg of Duraflex 0.075-0.3mm Silica Sand and mix till smooth and lump free.

More Mixing Details
Using Duraflex 200L drums of Black Acrylic Resurfacer – each drum of concentrate can be split evenly into 3 x 200L drums. Using Duraflex 200L drums of Neutral Colour Concentrate – each drum of concentrate can be split evenly into 2 x 200L drums. Then follow normal mixing procedures as above with addition of water, sand and 2 x 5L Duraflex ColourMax Pigment.

Non Textured Applications
5 x 20L Duraflex Neutral Concentrate • Add 20L of clean water and mix well • Add 2 x 5L of Duraflex ColorMax Pigment and mix well till water, concentrate and pigment is mixed together with consistent colour. The product can be rolled on or sprayed on using a airless sprayer. Minimum of 2 coats must be applied.
